Bienvenue dans mon espace dédié au bien-être et au développement personnel. Je suis spécialisé dans les approches TCC, TCD, Mindfulness (pleine conscience), EMDR. Mon engagement envers mes clients est ancré dans la chaleur de l'empathie et le désir sincère de les aider à surmonter les défis de la vie.

L'anxiété, la dépression, les troubles post-traumatiques, le manque de motivation et la perte de confiance en soi sont des aspects de la vie que nous pouvons tous traverser à un moment donné. Grâce à ma formation académique en psychologie, obtenue aux États-Unis et à mon expérience professionnelle, j'ai développé une compréhension approfondie des traumatismes, qu'ils proviennent de l'enfance et se traduisent à l'âge adulte, ou qu'ils soient liés aux défis de la vie adulte en eux-mêmes.

Chacune de nos séances dure 60 minutes, durant lesquelles je m'engage pleinement à écouter, à comprendre et à accompagner chacun de mes clients dans leur cheminement vers une meilleure santé mentale et un bien-être durable. Mon but est de vous aider à retrouver la paix intérieure, à renforcer votre confiance en vous, et à vous donner les outils nécessaires pour surmonter vos défis personnels.

Welcome to my dedicated space for well-being and personal development. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TCC), Cognitive Development Therapy (TCD), Mindfulness and EMDR. My commitment to my clients is rooted in the warmth of empathy and a sincere desire to assist them in overcoming life's challenges.

Anxiety, depression, post-traumatic disorders, lack of motivation, and loss of self-confidence are aspects of life that we may all navigate at some point. Through my academic training in psychology in the United States and my professional experience, I have developed a profound understanding of traumas, whether stemming from childhood and manifesting in adulthood or arising from the challenges of adult life itself.

Each of our sessions lasts for 60 minutes, during which I am fully dedicated to listening, understanding, and guiding each of my clients on their journey toward improved mental health and lasting well-being. My goal is to help you rediscover inner peace, strengthen your self-confidence, and provide you with the necessary tools to overcome your personal challenges.
